Custom pool design for Texas and Florida

Your backyard is go for splashdown.

Custom pools across Texas and Florida, designed around how your family spends a Saturday and built by local crews we've vetted ourselves.

Serving Texas and Florida: Greater Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth and Tampa Bay Most builds finish 8 to 16 weeks after the permit clears

Design inspiration

Pick a direction. We'll draw it for your yard.

A few looks our homeowners ask for most. Bring the ones you like to your consultation and your builder will design your version around your lot, your easements and your budget.

Photos on this site are style references to help you choose a direction. Before you sign anything, we'll show you finished pools by the builder assigned to your project.

Build in the things your family will actually use

Every feature here gets planned into the structure and plumbing from day one. That's why it pays to decide before the dig.

Slides and grottos

Stone-wrapped slides, caves and jump rocks, engineered with the shell so they look like they belong.

Tanning ledges

A shallow shelf for loungers, umbrellas and toddlers. Usually the busiest spot in the pool.

Fire and water

Fire pits, fire bowls, scuppers and sheer descents that carry the yard after dark.

Raised spas

A spillover spa with its own heat and jets keeps the pool earning its place in January.

Pavilions and kitchens

Shade, grills and swim-up bars planned with the pool so the levels and sightlines line up.

Lighting and automation

Color LED lighting, variable-speed pumps and phone control for heat, lights and cleaning.

From first sketch to splashdown

Every pool runs the same countdown. You always know which step you're on, what it costs and what happens next.

  1. T-5

    Builder visit

We match you with a vetted local builder who walks your yard, measures and talks through how you'll use it. About an hour at your home.

  2. T-4

    Design and itemized quote

Your builder designs the pool and prices it line by line. We turn it into a clear proposal you can review from your phone before you commit.

  3. T-3

    Contract, permits, HOA

You sign directly with the builder. Your builder prepares the permit and HOA packets and tracks approvals.

  4. T-2

    Dig, steel and gunite

Excavation, rebar, plumbing and the concrete shell. The yard changes fast in these first weeks.

  5. T-1

    Tile, coping and deck

The finishes you picked go in, and the equipment pad gets plumbed and wired.

  6. T-0

    Splashdown

Interior finish, fill, start-up and a walkthrough of your equipment. Then you swim.

What does a custom pool cost?

In Texas, most custom pools run from about $70,000 to $150,000, and in Tampa Bay about $60,000 to $130,000 including a screen enclosure, and resort-style yards with pavilions and outdoor kitchens go higher. Your quote is itemized, so you can see what each feature adds before you decide.

How long does it take?

Plan on a week or two for design, a few weeks for permits and HOA approval, then roughly 8 to 16 weeks of construction. Rain and custom features can stretch that, and we'll tell you when they do.

Who actually builds my pool?

An independent local pool builder that we've vetted and matched to your project. Your construction contract is with that builder, and we stay on as your project team until start-up.

How do payments work?

You pay the builder in stages written into your contract: a deposit to start, then draws at milestones like excavation, gunite and plaster. You always know what the next payment is for.

Do I need a permit or HOA approval?

Almost always. Pools inside city limits need permits and inspections, and most HOAs in our service areas review plans first. Your builder prepares both packets.

Will my soil be a problem?

It's the reason engineering matters here. Texas has expansive clay that moves with moisture; Florida has sandy soil and a high water table. Either way, the shell's steel, the dewatering plan and the deck drainage are designed for your lot instead of copied from a template.

Can I finance it?

Yes. Many homeowners use a pool loan or home equity. We can point you to lenders who fund pool projects. Approval and terms are between you and the lender.
